Blogging for money
You probably have second thoughts about making money from blogging, if you consider it to be lame, immoral or even evil or anything that falls into those categories then don't commercialise it.
But if monetizing your blog doesn't offend your sensibilities then go for it, on the other hand if you think it's evil, then that's fine too.
You must be absolutely 100% sure in your mind before you begin because attempting to generate earnings from your blog is hard enough without cold feet getting in the way and holding you back.
It should feel pretty good making money from your blog, there really is not a lot wrong with wanting to succeed at something.
If you feel that your blog has genuine value to it then you fully deserve to make some money from it.
There's no way you can be in any way timid about the whole idea though, when you put ads on there you have to really put those ads up there it has to be the same with requesting donations, don't be shy.
Some people might complain, they always do when you commercialise a free site.
But is it possible to make a proper living online? Undoubtedly, although if you have a day job it could take a little longer but the opportunity exists.

If you have read any of my previous posts or articles, you will of noticed how I often say that it is important to make money by doing something you enjoy.
The more you enjoy something, the more enthusiasm, and effort you will put in.
Writing is both a hobby and an occupation. How wonderful it would be to make money from something you are passionate about.
Ways you can earn money writing

Blogging - By writing quality content you can attract visitors and then monetize your blog.
Writing Greeting card verses - Most card companies will pay you for your verses.
Be a content writer - Become a freelance content writer, get paid for your research and keyword enriched articles.
Review writer - This one can cover many fields. The basic principal is that all companies need to market research, they pay people to collect this info but they also will pay you to take the info direct to them.
Writing poetry - I will be honest with you, there is not allot of money in poetry but you can make some money. You could self publish a book, enter competitions or build a poetry website and monetize the website.
Writing EBooks - write about anything and sell online. No printing or publishing costs.
Hopefully the list has made you think of some fantastic ideas.
I have not mentioned writing a book, it is the most obvious and one that will take time.
